  10. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  11. before using DynaMetrics, hereafter called the software.
  12.  
  13. Shareware Version
  14.  
  15. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
  16. software for a trial period of 30 days or 30 uses, whichever 
  17. takes longer; make as many copies of the Shareware version of this 
  18. software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the 
  19. original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware 
  20. version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via 
  21. electronic means.

  23. There are no restrictions on distribution as long as:
  24.  
  25.     - all files included in the original 
  26.       shareware version are included unchanged, 
  27.     - the product is adequately identified as shareware
  28.  
  29. unless you are notified to cease distribution.

  31. Unregistered use of DynaMetrics after the evaluation period is
  32. in violation of federal copyright laws.

  34. Evaluation and Registration

  36. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  37. software for evaluation purposes without charge for the trial period.
  38. If you use this software after the trial period a registration fee 
  39. is required (see ORDER.TXT).

  41. Registered Version

  43. One registered copy of DynaMetrics may either be used by a single
  44. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  45. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  46. multiple people, but not both.  You may produce models for any number 
  47. of others, and you may produce reports for these others using any number 
  48. of the displays produced, including screen capture, but you must not 
  49. release the software.

  51. This specifically allows consultants to use the software to support 
  52. their clients, and to deliver any products generated by the software, 
  53. but not to deliver the software itself.  Consultants who wish to deliver
  54. the software to their clients may purchase additional copies at a special
  55. consultants' discount. Contact Neptune Systems for details.

  57. You may access the registered version of DynaMetrics through a network,
  58. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  59. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  60. through the network.

  64. We appreciate your suggestions for enhancements to the software. 
  65. Suggestions become the property of Neptune Systems.  We want to 
  66. support our customers and provide the best modeling facility available.

  68. Disclaimer of Warranty

  70. This  software is sold on an as-is basis.  The author (Neptune Systems) 
  71. specifically disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied.  In 
  72. no event shall the author be liable for any loss of profit or any 
  73. other damage including but not limited to special, incidental, 
  74. consequential or other damages including damages to a third party.  
  75. By using this software you are agreeing to these terms.  If these 
  76. terms are not agreeable, do not use this software.
